Thank you for visiting the web home of Debra Farrington's Pet Sitting, Etc., a provider of high quality pet care and dog walking. We have been in business since 2007, and love caring for dogs, cats, as well as some other pets. We serve pet parents in Hershey, Hummelstown, and Palmyra, as well as some parts of Harrisburg, Middletown, and Annville.
We know that it is difficult to leave your animals behind when you have to travel, and we are commited to doing all that we can to ensure their comfort while you are away. We're not you, but we try hard to be the next best thing! We also love walking dogs midday for our many pet parents who work long hours.
We are insured and bonded, and unlike most pet sitters, we also carry worker's compensation for our employees. We are an award-winning pet sitting company, and received the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters 2011 Pet Sitter of the Year award, and we were a finalist for the Central Penn Parent's Pet Care Hero award in 2010, the first time someone other than a vet was nominated in this category. We are also certified by the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.
We believe in giving back to our community, and we conduct a Presents 4 Pets drive each year, collecting new and used items for shelter pets. Most years we have delivered four carloads full of items!
